Brad is the founder of RentWerx in San Antonio, Texas. In the last five years, RentWerx has grown to manage over 700 single family homes. Prior to starting a property management company, Brad served in the armed forces as an Army Infantry Officer before leaving the military as a Captain in 2002 to pursue his interests in Real Estate.
He’s also the host of the Property Management Mastermind Podcast.

What is one purchase of $100 or less that has greatly helped you as a landlord, property manager, or investor?
[Brad Larsen Replied:] My third All Property Management lead in 2012. It was an investor that we have managed 14+ homes for since 2012…..all from an $80 APM lead. Past that, I would say my favorite Audio Book is the 40 Hour Work Year, Scott Fritz. Mindset of a build to exit.
