We exist to protect the interest of our clients. We do this by providing the most comprehensive tenant screening using real-live intelligence to help protect a landlord’s identity while finding them the best possible tenant.

We’re not web developers who put together websites and plug into services. We hire, train, and employ FCRA Certified Screeners who are here to help every step of the way.

How we got here

Fidelis Screening Solutions has been providing background checks to large employers and property management companies since 2007. RentPrep was born from the realization that smaller landlords do not have the same access to quality tenant screening that the big companies do. Until RentPrep, they’ve settled for instant, online reports that are often incorrect and inaccurate.

Our credentials

RentPrep has served over 150,000 landlords and has performed over 2 million tenant screenings since its inception.

  • Concerned CRAs

    Concerned CRAs

    Concerned CRAs is a like-minded group of CRAs (Credit Reporting Agencies) dedicated to consumer protection. There are currently only 180 members because the group must unanimously agree that each companies’ operating procedures follow the industries best-practice standards.
