Manhattan already boasts some of the most expensive rents in the world but this pad is taking it up a notch. The windows bevel out to increase sight lines and space in this monstrous (by NYC standards) $3,000 square foot apartment. With beautiful views come expensive fees. At $107,000 a month this was our 9th most expensive rental on our list.

Nestled in the hills above the suburb of Bantry Bay. This luxury rental has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and can sleep 10. An open air concept allows you to relax by the pool or living room and look down from your mountain side view. A full workout gym will ensure you’re not lounging too much. This can be yours for a cool $118,000 a month.
7. Manga, Cartagena de Indias, Bolivar, Colombia
You’ll love the rooftop views from this rental as you look down on the historic city center. Waterfalls shoot into your luxury pool as you look over and see the rooftop of a beautiful church. This rental sits minutes away from the Caribbean and will have you wishing you could stay forever. With 8 bedrooms, 8 baths and 6,000 square feet you can relax in your own paradise for $133,000 a month.
6. Fréjus, France
At a whopping 21,527 square feet it’s not a surprise that this extravagant rental comes with 15 bedrooms and 12 baths. This converted castle is located close to the sea and (no peeking) exotic nude beaches. You’re only 35 minutes from Nice Airport and 20 minutes from Cannes yet you’re privacy is protected in this cozy castle on the hillside. Just be prepared to fork over $221,000 a month in rent if you want to enjoy some of the best wines France has to offer.
5. Bahía de Banderas, Nay., Mexico
If Tarzan won the lotto, we think he would live here, so he could shower outdoors in luxury. This 9,687 square foot “home” boasts 6 bedrooms and 7.5 baths and looks more like an all inclusive resort than a rental. The house is named “Casa Cuixa Cielo” which means “where the sky and waves converge.” This holds true as you can see gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean from your remote getaway. You may want to prepay the rent upfront so you don’t let the looming $222,000 a month rent ruin your peaceful getaway.
4. Miami, Fl, USA
A list of high end rental properties wouldn’t be complete without this glass and steel monstrosity. Situated on the mega-exclusive Hibiscus Island donning 360-degree rooftop views of the downtown skyline and Miami Beach. This ultra-modern rental includes 85 feet of waterfront and private dock with boat lift. This 6,700 square foot rental includes 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. Just don’t spend too much down South Beach because a monthly rent bill of $284,000 is your price for modern luxury living.
3. Marina Grande, Capri NA, Italy
This is the first rental on our list to topple the $10,000 a night threshold. This gorgeous rental is perched on a private island off the coast of Italy just an hour away from Naples. With 9 bedrooms, 9.5 baths and 10,763 square feet of space you’ll certainly have plenty to explore. There are private gardens, stone sculptures and breathtaking views. Just don’t get sticker shock when rent comes due at $338,000 a month.
2. Laguna Beach, California, USA
Listed as a “French estate” located in Laguna Beach makes about as much sense as a $388,000 a month price tag. However, there’s always a market out there and if you can stomach the cost you’re afforded to unbelievable views from this hillside oasis.
