Requirements with Tenant Screening for Property Managers

You do not have to be a property manager in order to sign up for one of our Enterprise accounts. However, property managers tend to qualify more frequently than landlords do. You do need the following:

  • 50 or more rental units in your portfolio
  • Company stationery and signage
  • A business office in a commercial setting

If you have a home office it is possible to pass an onsite inspection but you’ll need your office to have a separate entryway and security measures in place. Over the past 10 plus years, we have found that most of our property management clients have very specific needs with their background reports. Just let us know what you’re looking for using the quote request form above.
