Looking for Full Credit Report Access?

While owners, operators, and property managers can all qualify for RentPrep Enterprise, certain qualifications must be met in order to gain access to full credit reports:

  • Minimum portfolio size of 50+ rental units
  • Inspection of company stationery and physical signage
  • Inspection of a physical business office in a commercial setting

If you have a home office, it is theoretically possible to pass the required onsite inspection, but you’ll need your office to have a separate entryway and security measures in place.
